Unless an item is received in an original factory sealed box with no visible damage to the box, it is thoroughly inspected to discover if there is any damage and to ensure that all necessary parts are present. Where applicable, we also test the product functionality to make sure it is in good working order. Only after it passes our quality control testing does it get approved to be listed for sale to our customers. If it doesn’t pass our test, we toss it in the trash!
